Marco..... you can fill it from the shifter. Capacity: 0.375 gal or 1.42 liters

I don't know who recommended this, but I wrote it down in my "VEGA" notebook... came from an old email, the Cosworth guys on Yahoo or some other post....................................................................................................75W-80 GL4 ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid)
It's like 10 weight oil. For more info, go to www.api.org

I also had this wrote down............. Add MoS(subscript 2) powder
...... Like the symbol for water H2O or H(subscript2)O. I'm assuming it's a lube.... like Molybidium Disulfide powder .....or something or other.???????

You know you can add a drain plug to the T-50 case if you pull the tail housing? I did mine when I replaced the rear output shaft seal.
A fella on www.V8Buick.com or www.buickstreet.com recommend it to me. Just drill into one of the bottom bolt holes of the main case at an angle(with the tailshaft removed) into the interior of the main case. Just dab some RTV on the bolt head before torqueing it down. To drain: just remove that one bolt.
Just for the record...... this guy also recommends that you do NOT use ATF.... it's more of a hydraulic fluid... not a lubricant. He recommends 30 weight oil. Pick your poison.

I use ATF in mine. It's a bit noisey... but a touch of 30w oil quietens it down nicely.

I've heard that alot of people run Mobil 1 oil in them. Ford ATF ( Type F ) is thicker than Dextron 2 or 3 . Doug in AZ 8)

just fill it till it runs out of the fill hole in the side of the main case..... It's the very large bolt in the driver's side... if I remember correctly.
