Initial Ball Stud Adjustment

Postby Biscayne John » Mon Mar 25, 2013 11:34 pm

I replaced the clutch on my 75 CV, and replaced the ball stud, and clutch cable while I had everything open, The shop manuel mention a special gauge block to use to set up the adjustment, so what is the trick withou the gauge block?
Thanks

Hey Guys,
Made it back safe and sound and will be driving back down next week, can't wait it's just a little too cald here now! I am going to retrieve the CV and get the Mirage Running.

My question is on page 7-4 of the 1975 Shop Manual there is a gauge shown in Figure 5 in view "B" what is the demension of that gauge or does anyone have one I can rent?

Thanks
