I think you decision depends on your use of the car. If you are street driving and at all worried about/ in search of, better gas mileage, then the overdrive transmission would be the way to go. I believe your transmission tunnel would need some modifying because the 4L60 transmission is pretty large. The speedometer output is electronic, which can create issues if using a mechanical speedometer.

If it were mine and it was a street car, I would want the overdrive transmission along with the electronics to control it, but I am a electronics guys so I like the techy stuff.

Other than the ease of installation, there is no upside to the TH350 Over either the 200 or the 4l60. The 4l60 will fit in the tunnel. But its tight. Some banging required. :}

ok if the 4l60e will fit with some anger relief, whats the best way to mount the torque arm back on

what would be the best torque convertor for the ls/4l60e/7.625 with 3.73 gears

Incorporate the torque arm mount into the trans cross member. My 2004R installation is like that. It was also made adjustable for height. Sorry, the car is not here or I would post a picture.

the 5.3 has the same bell circle but not the same flywheel. the crank has a 360 main seal and requires a flywheel that is like a bowel to reach the crank and bell out to reach your t/c mounts. l hope that was clear.
