best fitting auto shifter for th350

so i picked up what i thought was a good auto shiftier and i just dont see how its going to fit very well. what are people using? any recommendations?
this is what i have, it just seems to be tall and super long.

With a little fab work, it should fit. There's plenty of room between the tunnel and the top of the trans, at least where the shifter would mount. I recessed a B&M Megashifter all the way to the top of that ugly plastic housing, basically about 4 inches into the tunnel. It looks much better that way and doesn't look like an after-thought.

The B&M pro stick or Hurst quarter stick are small if you like that type of shifter.
B&M Hammer is shorter than most rachet shifters.

The hurst pro matic 2 arches back at the top and clears the dash well.

I have a factory Monza console with an OE shifter that I had a plate made to make it a gate-type shifter. I can send you a photo if you're interested.
