I am not sure about a stock Cosworth clutch but in general with the cable clutch linkage on a H body in order to maintain the best clutch fork geometry you want to use the shortest throwout bearing you can find. There are subtle differences between GM "short" style bearings. This is especially true when swapping a larger 10.5" clutch which may have higher fingers than a stock H body clutch. In your case I would probably suggest just staying with a stock bearing, I can try and look up the number and search for one if you'd like.
