turbo 350 gpm

hey guyz,
long time no post.
back on project towne coupe, wondering about flow rate of a turbo 350 trans.
installing check valves that flow 2GPM, 1PSI cracking pressure (one on each line, intake, return ).
is that a restriction?
check valves are 3/8", lines are 5/16"? (whatever stock line is).
running rear mounted trans cooler w/elec. fan.
having trouble w/ trans pan leakage (cooler is higher than trans pan)
let the games begin LOL.

THANX IN ADVANCE

The torque converter will drain back into the pan also so you really need to address the leakage at the pan gasket, dipstick and passing gear cable areas. RTV or a molded rubber gaskets are better than cork type and a cast aluminum pan properly torqued.
