I think there are a couple little rubber tips that prevent the bearing from turning. There are different style bearings, some have a pin or hump that also prevents this. I don't think it is a big deal especially if you choose a bearing with one of these options. I also suggest using the shortest of the "short" bearings available for best clutch fork geometry. There are differences between short bearings...........
