They are really light too. Good stuff. I might actually end up going with these rims…

I love the look of steel wheels, especially the roundy rounder wheels.

Theyre cheap, strong, and cheap....Did I mention cheap?
Available in many more bolt patterns and back spacings than most racing rims...theyre an outstanding value IMHO.

I'll have a set of those on my car when it comes time.
I hate aluminum rims.

God bless

Can these be used on the street?

Would this be a problem?
Balancing: Wheels are lug-centric and cannot be spin balanced from the center pilot hole. (Center pilot hole is stamped and not machined to be concentric with lug holes.) Wheels must be spin balanced from the stud holes.

It depends on what machine the tire shop uses. My buddy has one at his shop that is hub-centric, the wheel mounts on a cone that the wheel is placed on.

But his new shop has a new machine that costs quite a bit more, but it uses the lugs as the locater for the balancing. And decent tire shop should have one like this.

I called about prices. Great guys. The prices are really old on the website. They are more like $90 a piece now. SHOOT! I also found out the shipping is really cheap from here and they have volume discounts on quantities over 10.

With the lug centric wheels couldn't you just bolt a rotor to the wheel and use a hub centric balancer? As long as you used the same rotor and kept it indexed the same way as when you balanced it you'd have a balanced wheel and rotor.

Aero racing wheels offers steel racing rims with any bolt pattern and any offset you want....theyve gottem in 7,8,and 10 inches wide...all for about $45-60 a piece.

Theyve got a few different styles too....itll be what Im using.
Check summitracing.com....I hate the Jegs website when looking for wheels.

God bless
