JUST TO DEMONSRAITE THAT THE """""F U N """"" NEVER ENDS-------- called Comp Cams customer service again yesterday as i had yet to recieve a responce to my last e-mail about getting me my missing stand retention bolts "CHOP,CHOP". thre rep told me they would ship out to me today. great . i went over with him in the most minute details exactly what i was missing ,how many i was missing, and where and how they bolt the stand to the heads utilizing the holes normally occupied by the rocker arm studs on each head. really don't know how i could have made it any clearer, especially to a person who should by all rights should be fairly savy in the realm of knowledge and function of engine parts. this morning i get a call from FREDDIE , THE REP , from Comp Cams requesting verifacation of which of the two possable sets of bolts i need. the ones that bolt the rocker shafts to the stands or the ones that bolt the stands to the heads. needless to say i was Fabbergasted but i kept my cool, just barely!!!!!!!!!! and told him it was the ones that bolt the stand to the heads. again i was told that they would be shipped out to me today,Friday. again i will not hold my breath waiting for them to arrive and to see if they are right and a complete set of at least eight of them. isn't this fun ? and how appreopriate. i'm getting screwed by BOLTS................. :bang: :cuss:
