Does anybody know where I can get front seats
for a 77 Monza, both of mine have broken springs?
Also where can I get door armrests for the same car.

I have had my seats apart in my 75 monza and
there really are not any springs to break. The
upholstory has a thin layer of foam sewn to the backside and
then that is hog ringed over a molded piece of foam
which sits in the seat frame. Exactly what type of
problem do you have? Clyde

On the drivers seat the seat back has a large
metal wire pulled out of the side where it hinges on
the bottom. It is still holding shape but snags my
shirts as i get out. On the passenger side there are a
number of smaller metal wires hanging under the seat
bottom.

Those wires that are hanging downon the pass seat
should be able to be repaired/replaced fairly easily.
The wire coming out of the drivers seat could be more
of a problem I suppose. I am taking my drivers seat
in tonight to see if I can get some work done it,
needs new foam sewn to the bottom and a little more
padding on the seat back. Upholstory work is not cheap
however, we'll see how it goes. Clyde

Do your door panels have the type of arm rests
that have a pull handle that come off of the rests and
the end screws in to the front and above. If so all I
need are the arm rests.
