You are in way over my head with your engine build, but I thought a stock LS motor required 68 psi. With all the changes you made, maybe 60 psi is a lot, I don't know. :?

The optimal point if we didn't have to push them extra hard is 43.5psi

I'm way over my head in my own stuff as it is too lol. I can't want to drive the concoction I have put together this year!

43ish is what most injectors are still rated at , but alot recently for GM's have been in the mid 50's to low 60's , which might be part of your problem , if the injectors you have are rated in the newer gm scale and your running the old pressures

i think gm didnt change to the higher pressure , tell they started with the non-return style fuel system , my 04 and 06 goats both work on 57ish psi , though with the fuel system in my 04 now im running 43ish with 60lb injectors , though that might change this saturday when i get the car tuned

They are all definitely native to 43 that we are using. The shop has some of the best LS motor builders (Billy Briggs if you know LS history) Just e98 was a new play toy I insisted on and I made some bad initial calcs to start with. It all gonna rock this weekend though!

The guys are putting together faster than I expected trying to make my weekend target. Hits chassis dyno tomorrow. 2 days until launch.

I of course had some first time out bugs to work around. I couldn't use the trans brake and had to shift it manually and it needs some turning still as it got soft up top but it did run a 9.28@143.5 on its first 1/4 mile pass. I'm sure its got 8's in it on motor alone.

Figured I'd post some updates on the LS Vega 2.0

Should have more soon with way more progress. These are from the winter for the most part.
