no art i havent done the air bags yet, i was too pre occupied with the motor problem this summer. now that i seem to have that fixed im going to get back to the suspension. i took a shot at making the brackets for raising up the upper arm mounts from your drawings but im not happy with the side plates, im going to try doing them again over the winter with more metal around the bolt holes. speed phreak thanks , i watched your build in the project journals section, nice job!

I've had Air-Lift bags in the rear springs on a couple of my Vega projects; they do wonders in eliminating wheel hop, at least on torque-arm cars.

Ron Showers is the owner and fabricator. He built the frame for the Napa truck on Overhaulin' as well as many other famous racers. Ron built me (below) a full 2x3 street 4-link frame with the featherweight front end for another project I have. :th:

I've owned my Vega for 11 years. I drive mine on the street quite a bit. (car shows now and to the track in the past)
It does take some getting used to but after that it's just fun.
Squeaky..loud..exhaust fumes..awesome.
My 7 year old daughter loves riding in it. She says she feels like a celebrity because people always look, wave, take pictures, etc.
