Well after doing the 1st oil change I found out my new Solstice (Kapa Chassis) has a lot in common with early H-Body Vega's. The Lower Control Arms use eccentric Bolts for Camber & Caster Adjustment, the Hood opens Backwards compared to most cars, the initial version was underpowered, and the 1st version of the rear suspension was not the greatest. Then Consider that the light small RWD Chassis attracted tuners to modify them and Put V-8's in them, Yenko for Vega's, Mallet for Solstice/Sky.
Then when GM Decided to Build a High performance version ( CV & GXP) the rear suspension was redesigned to use a torque arm. Later installed on all later production versions. The Pic's are of the Solstice Chassis, the LCA eccentric Bolt, Front Suspension, and a very tight fit for the V-8, and a PITA for Oil & Filter Changes
