Joined the FB group and read the whole story, seems like it could happen.

Order is up to 156 with my six! A couple extra to inhale. :burn:

I'd like to put off the 5 bolt conversion for a few years.

I contacted him told him I needed two sets, I reached out two more time looking for an update and no answer. If he was looking for front money this is not a good way to go about it

These maybe new,but what's the date on them. If people are actually looking for some new older tires 13", I can check a place out an see if this guy still has them. I was looking for some tires a few years back and this guy took me out to a trailer. Well I remember seeing these 13" tires an thought Damn those would look good on the back of the monza. (I have 15" on all my cars) Don't remember what brand but they were definitely old school @$&#. And they were new. Well let me know I will stop by the place

I believe they are looking at newly produced tires. The one set that started this were dated 2015.

This is correct. From what I have from Bob is that he is trying BFG to make a run of these tires so they would be, in fact, brand new tires.

Anybody know the odds of being able to purchase these tires in Mexico and having them shipped to us? If anybody lives in El Paso TX maybe they could check? I'm just assuming it wouldn't be an additional charge to call from El Paso but if so I'll call. I just did this search and it looks like they are available, I know the shipping would be killer but it would be nice to check. Brian

Very interesting Brian.
The Mexican BFG Website does show the 13" Tires.
Anyone speak Spanish? Call those dealers in Mexico and see if they do indeed have them in stock or can get them from BFG.

I called and got hung up on a lot. I did get a quote and it has the exact code number that the BFG web site has for the tire.

I'm hoping a co-worker can come through for me and bring a set home. We will see.....

Looks great...how is it insured that the tires will arrive..is the money in trust?...I posted new 13's last year from a supplier in Yorkton Saskatchewan and they're always available and he will ship anywhere with a guarantee...they are made by Petlas..and you can look that up on line...Petlas Tires .com...I bought 2 already till the conversion is complete..they stick like glue and even caused wheel hop lol..great little tires for 90 bux Canadian..he is the Canadian Dealer...I sent pics to Zeke and /or Harry..forget but they are for real...just sayin...took years to find out about them..after NO from Cooper to buy out their moulds..and sourcing overseas..and couldn't get more than 6 people interested...so last post for tires...

Thanks for the link, I see they have a 185 70 13.

I've not been able to get someone from Mexico to say they will ship the tires. The quote I got was from filling out a form on Tersa's website. At least it proves the BFG Radial TA is still available there. So now I've talked to a co-worker who's Son goes there often so I'm waiting to meet him and see if he is interested. That is all the closer I am. Brian

I had considered this till i recalled my Spyder had this tire size on it when I bought it in '01. The 205/60s did not fill the wheel well very well, in my opinion. I would much prefer the 195/70R13s that are being considered for reproduction on facebook ... https://www.facebook.com/groups/7654211 ... f=NEWSFEED

When I bought my car it had 205/60's Cooper Cobras on it. I agree, 205/60's do not fill out the wheel well on our cars sufficiently, not to mention the speedo is off. I'm running 185/70 blackwalls on mine right now, but would love to get some 195's in RWL.
