Rick I don't recognize that light either but I can tell you that is made by "NAL" or in full "North American Lighting" The company I am presently working for does work for them, and so did the last one. Not much help Sorry Harry https://www.nal.com/

Looks like a Gm SUV right off the bat. Heading out into traffic now, I'll keep my eye out

I emailed NAL to see they can help me my buddies fighting over this taillight for months hate not knowing used the Internet and all it's powers

Yuck turned out to be Toyota sienna 2006 to 2010 driver side tail light
I hate Toyota with a passion I called them pre coffins you just gave up on life
Saw like 12 of them in the junkyard
