New H Body Official Organization is...

Postby zeke » Tue Jul 11, 2017 12:11 pm

being considered.

The primary reason is for having a legal entity is so that it can buy event insurance for various H only shows around the country. Apparently, you need insurance even if it's just a few cars meeting in a store parking lot, if you intend to advertise the event.

A website with online registration and a monthly newsletter could be set up. Fancy shirt pins, decals or whatever. lol The website would probably not have a forum as this format is almost obsolete and this site already serves that function anyways.

A name for the organization is being voted on Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/HBodyCa ... 128103483/
Currently, HBOA is leading with HBEA in second. (Enthusiast)

HBOA was decided upon for the official name, nothing new here. lol

An official FB group page was created here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/HBodyOwnersAsssociation/

Some discussion about setting up the group has occurred. Maybe it will happen this time? C'mon over and join the group and help make this happen!

There is a H knowledge question required to join but it's easy. If the question isn't answered and your profile page has no automotive content, membership will probably be denied.
