Here is what i found but no one can tell me if it has a 3/4 pilot hole in the water pump pulley. I guess at that price i can drill it out if they line up okay. or send them back.

Unless it is specifically for a corvette it is going to have a 5/8” hole.

That is a 2 groove set with a 1:1 ratio and a 5/8 pilot hole.
You should use factory V8 Monza pulleys or 76 Corvette pulleys, 1:1.25 overdrive ratio, 3/4" pilot and the option to add the 3rd groove to the crank.
Most chrome pulleys are 1:1 and most aluminum pulleys are 1:1 or underdrive- not what you need for a street car with AC and a small radiator.

Note the difference in diameter from the waterpump pulley on top to the crank and add-on pulleys at the bottom.

As Smiley said, with the marginal radiator size on and H-body, overdriving the water pump is a good idea for the street. That's what GM did from the factory.

Okay so i got the pulleys today.
The 3751232 p/s pulley doesn't set flush inside the double groove pulley (3858533) I assume they should meet together flush or is there a gap between them.
I did notice that there is stamped GM-BB-RF I found one that had different letters than the RF. Have not been able to find it again. Could that be The difference.
The gap just doesn't seem like it should be there.
Thanks Again for all the help

I believe the double groove pulley is deep and the other is standard . they can not be mixed. you need the standard double groove pulley.

3744043 crank - double groove, low perf V8 uses the 3751232 is the add-on.
if you got it from The Parts Place inc they are brick and mortar store that sells on ebay as well,
give them a call they should exchange it.

I guess if your going for authentic look these ideas are fine but when I start assembling my 77 this spring I intend to use the LT1 hub and one of the balancers. Still working out WHICH height I want to use as there are three. The short one goes on the LT1 with crank trigger, the next one is pre-crank trigger and long one is for Caprice I believe. Or Fbody, I dont have my notes in front of me.
I have an LT1 intake which according to my research will bolt directly to my 461 double humps (202/160,screw in studs, cut for big springs) . My plan is to either machine the intake for a small cap distributor OR I may go ahead and build my DIS set up.

Monza Racer, What year is your LT1/LT-1 ? mid 90's LT1's had reverse flow cooling so the heads are different than LT-1's from the 70's.
I would not put 461 heads on a gen 2 LT1 block. The head bolts will line up but cooling passages are wrong.
The 5.7 Vortec blocks in 1996 -2000 trucks have the normal old style water pump and cooling passages.
