cleveland to have the intake/heads/exh.man
put on a
extrude hone machine??? i have talked to
a few racers
that have done it and they have
only good things to
say about it.shop in cleveland is closest place(200
miles) that i know of that does it.is this the
lastest/greatest thing or just hype??????

It depends on what you are trying to
accomplish.
If you want possibly the best combination with cast
iron manifolds it possibly could be worth while. But if
you want big air flow thats what head porters are
for.
BUT for bolting on a matched set of parts it works
very very good.
I personally like making a plate to
match the header opening or a template and actually
open up the very edge to what I want then let the
extrude hone do the rest, and if you want you can touch up
stuff a little before going and dont forget to call
them and ask questions, get references/testimonials and
if possible ph numbers of past customers.
It
works if they are economical enough, and if you are
using stock cast manifolds its a great way to get
maximum flow without headers.
Good luck and if you
like it send me the address as the place I've used
before was out on east coast and shipping is
murder.
