Hello,
This is a street car that supposedly had some "race history" in the 80's. I know it was in Michigan, and Ohio. Later, after spending years in storage, it was purchased by a gentleman in Florida. I purchased from him and I would like to try to trace its' history.

The VIN was assigned by GM to a dealer in South Carolina, but the car was never titled there. Typical small block, Muncie M21, 10 Bolt set up. Half cage, full interior. DeKon/GM Factory Fiberglass Flares, spoiler, nose. Steel Hood. Enkei Wheels. Florida owner even added Vintage Air!

Fairly original paint design...anyone recognize it?

WOW! I found the car here from back in 2012, then again in 2014. That is a great start.

Dick Baumgartner's friend owned it. Dick posted it for sale here in '14. .... someone posted the link to th ad above.

I wanted this car several different times. Seems everytime it came up, there were other recent purchases that kept me from getting it. Lol
(a boat, 72 Kammback, 81 trans am, 60 VW bug, .... everytime it came up for sale, I had already purchased a new toy).
Just never worked out for me.

Good luck with your awesome toy!!!!!

Guessing a Vintage Vehicles report. They show the dealer that the car was shipped to.

Thank you for the replies. I did get a GM Vehicle report, which showed the car going to Plaxico Chevrolet in SC. The SC DMV shows that the car was not ever registered in SC. Looks like it has been offered for sale here on this forum a couple of times, from Ohio and Michigan. I bought it from a gentleman in Florida that was preparing it for car shows, etc. He was unable to drive it due to the clutch and some foot issues.
