In your picture I see you're actually under driving your water pump since your crank pulley is smaller than the water pump pulley. I cant speak for everyone but I think a Monza V8 pulley setup is pretty desirable because it overdrives the water pump. I'm using an 75' corvette 6-3/4 crank pulley with an oem water pump pulley off ebay that's about 5-5/8 and have no issues for a street car with a partially filled block. I have also tried the ebay aluminum 1:1 pulleys and they did not work well for me either. Maybe someone else who has experience with a motor plate can chime in but I suggest trying to get a smaller water pump pulley and a larger crank pulley from the setup you already have, looks pretty slick.
