Disc Brakes Front and Rear

I recently purchased a 1973 Pontiac Astre (rebadged to Vega) recently. The car has a shortened (54 1/2" flange to flange) 9" Ford 31 spline with 4:11 gears with a 4 link. The front is stock. I am changing the car from being a dragster to a street suited autocrosser. I have removed the mini spool and am replacing it with a clutch type limited slip. I've installed a bolt on 9" rear disc brake setup with parking brake. As well I have a entire front end of a 1987?? S10. I have salvaged the front spindles and the upper ball joints. When I tried to press out the lower ball joints I blew the bottom out so now trying to decide if I need anything out of the lower control arm before I fight with the getting the remaining collar of the ball joint.
So my questions are:
1. I have 5 on 4 1/2" (Ford 5 x 114.3 metric) rear complete with the shortened axles. So now to convert the front to disc brakes the only kit I can find is the Wilwood 140-11009 which is a separate hub and rotor and allows you to install the wheel studs in either the 4 3/4 or 4 1/2" spacing. Is there any other hub and rotor combination with 5 x 4 1/2" stud spacing?
2. Is a dual diaphragm 7" power brake enough to handle the 11" disc brakes front and rear?
3. I have found a manual rack and pinion system from Speedway Motors. Does anyone know of a power rack?
