LS1/LS6/Vortec Motor mount adapt kits on ebay

Just happen to run across these motor mount kits on Ebay to swap an LS1/LS6/Vortec into a v-6 or v-8 Monza, didn't know there was a kit available.

NOPE! That mount is wrong. The adapter plate could be used with stock v8 mounts or bob gumm replacements or poweybyace replacements but it will not locate the the bellhousing / crank centerline in the stock location. There are adapters that do locate the bellhousing / crank centerline in the stock location. In my opinion, forget about the adapters and use the powerbyace direct fit ls mounts. http://powerbyace.com/

Cool, thanks for the info. Still contemplating an aluminum block 5.3 vs a 406 for the future, so trying to figure out all the changes involved that might sneak up on me.

That looks like s10 stuff, I got one 88 s10 blazer 350.
