Shred mentioned in the Aero Race Wheels? thread - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=29052 - that he had good luck with Diamond Racing Wheels.
Looks like they have some decent-looking, low-cost wheels that could be used on the street.
Here is my research so far:
They make 14" and 15" dia. wheel in a 4x4.00" bolt pattern (extra cost safety bead also available).
14x7 is $81.25 + $10.00 for non-std 4x4.00 WBP. Backspacing from 1 1/2" - 4 1/2". These are lug-centric wheels weighing 16 lbs.

15x7 is $87.00 + $10.00 for non-std. 4x4.00 WBP. Backspacing from 1" - 4". These are lug-centric, powder-coated wheels weighing 18 lbs.

Here's some heavier wheels at less price - probably better suited for the street - "D.O.T. rolled shell". They look like the Monza 10-hole wheels.
14x6 (14x7) is $56.25 ($58.25) including std. 4x4.00 WBP. Backspacing from 1 1/2" - 3 1/2"(4 1/2"). These are lug-centric, black powder-coated wheels weighing 20 (22) lbs.
15" dia also available.
